Our Pricing Structure

• Consultation & Quote Fee: $75 (flat fee).

• Minimum 1 hour of service per call

• Standard Hourly Rates: 
  • General Carpentry: $75/hr

• Electrical & Plumbing: $85/hr
• Some tasks have preset prices.
• 15% Discount to the Elderly and Vets.

1. Kitchen & Bath Transformations

Specializing in “Tune-ups” that make your most-used rooms feel new again.

Cabinetry & Appliances

• The Kitchen Tune-Up: Hardware replacement, loose door adjustment, and drawer slide repair.
• Cabinet Installation: $150 per linear foot (units only).
• Appliance Integration: * Dishwasher or Microwave Install: $125 – $150

• Garbage Disposal (Plumbing & Electrical): $150
• Range/Oven (Gas or Electric) with Anti-Tip Safety: $150
• Refrigerator Water Line Installation: $75 – $200
• Washer & Dryer Set-up: $120 – $300

• Full Vanity Replacement: Cabinet, countertop, sink, and plumbing hook-up.

2. Organization & Storage Systems

• Custom Closet & Pantry: Design and installation of modern shelving and organizational panels.

• Design Rate: 20% of material cost

• Installation Rate:

• Wire Rack System:  $20/Linear Ft

• Modular Closets (Menards Dakota Closets): $60 to $100/Linear Ft

• Solid Wood (Similar to kitchen Cabinets): $150/Linear Ft

• Built-Ins: Custom mudroom benches, bookcases, and decorative built-in units.
• Repairs: Fix sagging shelves, broken panels, or failing hardware.
